- You pick your date anytime from the 1st October 2025 to the 30th April 2026. Advance bookings are always recommended and no later than 12 hours beforehand.
- You choose the number of gardens to visit, anywhere from 1 up to 4 gardens;
The platinum option to see all 8 gardens comfortably needs two mornings, consecutive or not. We have two recommended itineraries that visit them all! - Finally, there is a choice of pick up options, including from your door.

Our tours are more than “visiting gardens”. The variety of gardens surprises pleasantly and widens possibilities. The garden experience is elevated by a narrative that includes:

Refreshments are provided in most tours and confirmed at the time of booking.
Our pricing schedule from 1 to 7 participants maximum offers discounts up to 15% for small group bookings.

When to come?
Our guided garden tours enrich any stay in this alpine lakes climatic zone of New Zealand. Here is what will dominate each season:
🌸October-November: Spring features an explosion of bulbs, peonies, tulips, poppies, rhododendrons and blossoming trees (cherry blossoms, dogwoods, etc.)
🌸December-January-February: Summers provide intense flower palettes in refreshing calm places. Lilies, Roses, Gladioli and many more…
🌸March-April: Autumns are famous for their festival of colours, a tree lovers delight; and also dahlia, daisies and surprising hydrangea abundance!
